Gap Services

(Referral-Only Mobile Veterinary Care)

For select clients through referral only, we provide limited mobile veterinary care in the comfort of home, designed to bridge the gap between clinic visits. Our Gap Services include:

  • General Exams & Non-Urgent Sick Exams – Offering thorough veterinary evaluations for pets with mild or chronic concerns that do not require immediate emergency care.

  • Quality of Life & Euthanasia Consultations – Providing compassionate guidance for pet owners facing difficult end-of-life decisions.

  • Palliative Care – Supporting pets with chronic illnesses or terminal conditions by enhancing comfort and well-being.

  • Health Certificates (Including International Travel) – Assisting pet owners in obtaining the necessary veterinary documentation for domestic and international travel.

  • Preventative Health Services – Offering vaccines, parasite prevention, behavioral evaluations, and annual wellness bloodwork to support long-term pet health.

These services require an established partnership with a brick-and-mortar veterinary hospital to ensure continuity of care. They are not meant to replace full-service veterinary clinics but to provide supplemental support when traditional appointments may not be immediately available.

Annual Membership fee is required.

Our membership plan provides affordable, prepaid veterinary care with two options:

1️⃣ Wellness & Preventative Care – Covers annual exams - PLUS - bloodwork, core vaccines, and parasite prevention - OR - domestic and international travel health certificates.

2️⃣ Palliative & End-of-Life Care – For pets with chronic or terminal conditions, this plan focuses on comfort care, pain management, and compassionate euthanasia services when the time comes.

Both plans comes with access to discount pricing on additional prescriptions, products, and services.

This model allows us to bulk-purchase supplies, ensuring members receive lower-cost, accessible care. Sick exams and additional treatments are available at reduced rates but are not included in the membership fee.

one-health Contracts

In addition to traditional relief work, we offer contract-based veterinary services tailored for organizations in need of specialized expertise.

Veterinary Support for Research

We provide veterinary consulting and hands-on field support for research initiatives focused on animal health, conservation, epidemiology, and ecological impact studies. Our role may involve:

  • Assisting with population health assessments in wildlife and domestic animal studies.

  • Conducting disease surveillance to monitor and control emerging health threats in various species.

  • Supporting governmental and academic research teams in gathering biological samples, analyzing data, and implementing field-based veterinary protocols.

  • Collaborating on wildlife rehabilitation and conservation efforts, ensuring proper handling, treatment, and release of animals.

With experience in multi-species veterinary medicine, we work alongside researchers, conservationists, and regulatory bodies to provide scientific insight and practical veterinary applications that contribute to the success of research projects.

Seasonal Veterinary Contracts

For organizations conducting field studies, environmental impact assessments, or seasonal veterinary initiatives, we offer temporary veterinary support to meet project demands. Whether it’s monitoring livestock health in rural areas, evaluating disease spread in wildlife populations, or supporting mobile veterinary clinics in underserved communities, we provide adaptable and reliable veterinary expertise.

Customizable Contract Services

Every project has unique veterinary needs, and we work closely with organizations to customize contract terms, duration, and scope of services. Whether it’s a one-time consultation, an extended seasonal engagement, or a collaborative research partnership, our contract services offer flexibility, expertise, and dependable veterinary support tailored to each initiative.
